* Pool and garden maintenance is carried out regularly by the staff once a day.

* Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the prices. Also, no fee is required.

* Villa Anna is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week.

* Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, rental car, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices.

* A deposit of 5000 Turkish Liras (£200) is required at the entrance for damage, loss, broken, spilled etc.

* If there is no problem, the deposit is refunded at the exit of the Villa Anna.
