Villa - Rental Terms

* Prices are determined by the villa owner.

* Electricity, water, and gas fees are included in the prices. No additional fees apply.

* Check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 as set by the owner.

* For stays shorter than one week, a cleaning fee between 1,000 TL and 5,000 TL may be charged.

* The villa is delivered clean and cleaned once a week.

* A deposit of 15,000 Turkish Lira is taken at check-in for damages, loss, breakage, etc.

* The deposit is refunded at check-out if there are no issues.

* Photos show an example unit only. Furniture, towels, and linens may vary slightly but will be of similar quality.
