• A 5,000 TRY deposit is taken upon arrival for damages or loss; it is refunded if no issues occur.

• Pool and garden maintenance is done daily by staff.

• Electricity, water, and gas costs are included in the price with no extra charges.

• Guest representative welcomes you, provides key handover, and gives written and verbal information.

• Information about daily activities and tours in the area is provided.

• For stays over 10 days, linen and towel changes are included.
