🧹 Cleaning fee between 2,000 TRY and 5,000 TRY may apply for stays shorter than one week.

✨ The villa is delivered clean and cleaned once a week during the stay.

💰 A 10,000 TRY deposit is collected at check-in and refunded upon no damage.

🌿 Pool and garden maintenance is done daily by staff.

💡 Electricity, water, and gas are included in the price with no extra charges.

预订及付款条件

➜ 预订及预付款
▸ 为正式确认预订，客人须支付住宿总金额的35%作为预付款，可通过银行转账/EFT或信用卡支付。
▸ 在收到预付款之前，预订不视为正式确认，Dream of Holiday亦无义务确认或保留该预订。
➜ 剩余款项
▸ 住宿总金额剩余的65%须在入住当天、别墅钥匙交付之前支付。
▸ 在住宿总金额全部付清之前，别墅及钥匙不予交付。

预订日期或房源变更

➜ 预订变更
▸ 如需更改预订日期或已预订的别墅/度假住宅，将根据实际可订情况进行评估。
▸ 所有变更申请是否能够接受，以Dream of Holiday最终确认为准。
▸ 因变更产生的价格差额、季节差价或额外服务费用均由客人承担。

预订取消条件

➜ 客人主动取消预订
▸ 在入住日期30天或以上之前取消预订，已支付的预付款不予退还。
▸ 在入住日期前21天取消预订，将收取住宿总金额的50%。
▸ 在入住日期前10天或更短时间取消预订，将收取住宿总金额的100%。

一般条款及使用规定

➜ 安全及使用规定
▸ 客人同意仅与预订时登记的人员共同使用别墅。
▸ 未经许可，不得将别墅转让给第三方、转租或用于任何商业用途。
▸ 无人机拍摄、专业摄影/视频拍摄或商业内容制作，仅可在事先取得Dream of Holiday书面许可的情况下进行。
➜ 泳池使用
▸ 客人应根据自身情况安全、谨慎地使用泳池，并自行承担正常使用过程中的安全责任。
▸ 儿童使用泳池时，必须由父母或法定监护人全程看护。
▸ 泳池周围地面可能因水渍而湿滑，客人应特别注意安全；因客人自身疏忽或不当行为造成的事故，Dream of Holiday不承担责任。
➜ 水、电及网络
▸ 正常合理范围内的水、电及互联网使用费用已包含在住宿费用中。
▸ 因当地基础设施施工、公共服务供应商故障或不可抗力因素导致的水、电或网络服务中断，Dream of Holiday不承担责任。
➜ 空调及能源使用
▸ 空调、电器及照明设备在不使用时应及时关闭。
▸ 因异常使用、恶意浪费能源或不当使用设备所产生的损失及额外费用，由客人承担。
➜ 个人物品
▸ 入住期间，现金、首饰、电子设备及其他个人贵重物品应由客人自行妥善保管。
▸ 因客人自身保管不当导致的个人物品遗失、遗忘或被盗，Dream of Holiday不承担责任。
➜ 宠物
▸ 即使所预订别墅允许携带宠物入住，因宠物造成的额外清洁费用或设施、家具损坏费用仍由客人承担。
▸ 如房源页面明确注明不允许携带宠物，则不得携带任何宠物入住。
➜ 自然环境
▸ 部分别墅位于自然生态环境较丰富的区域。
▸ 根据当地自然环境及气候特点，偶尔出现昆虫、蚊虫、蚂蚁、壁虎及类似小型生物属于正常自然现象，在已进行正常清洁及维护的情况下，不视为住宿服务质量问题。
➜ 入住人数限制
▸ 如实际入住人数超过预订时规定的最大入住人数，Dream of Holiday有权要求支付额外费用或终止住宿。
➜ 钥匙交付
▸ 别墅钥匙仅交付给预订人本人或经预订人明确授权的人员。
▸ 如钥匙遗失，重新配制钥匙、更换锁具及由此产生的相关费用由客人承担。
➜ 电动汽车
▸ 仅当别墅明确提供相关充电条件并事先获得许可的情况下，方可使用别墅电力设施为电动汽车充电。
➜ 不可抗力
▸ 森林火灾、道路封闭、停电、停水、互联网基础设施故障以及政府或公共机构采取的相关措施等超出合理控制范围的情况，均视为不可抗力因素。
➜ 联系与通知
▸ 客人同意，通过其在预订时提供的电话号码及电子邮箱地址发送的与预订、付款及入住有关的通知，视为已有效送达客人。
➜ 突发技术故障
▸ 入住期间，如别墅内发生空调、互联网、热水、电器、泳池系统或其他类似技术故障，客人应及时通知Dream of Holiday，我们将在收到通知后尽快安排检查及处理。
▸ 如相关技术故障无法在合理时间内解决，Dream of Holiday将根据故障的具体性质及对住宿造成的实际影响，尽力提供适当的解决方案。
▸ 对于超出Dream of Holiday合理控制范围的突发技术故障，在适用法律允许的范围内，不因此产生Dream of Holiday的赔偿责任。
➜ 本协议经双方阅读并确认，双方确认已充分理解并接受本协议全部条款。本协议可通过电子方式或书面形式确认，一经确认，即对双方具有约束力。双方承诺遵守并履行本协议所规定的相关权利与义务。
