* The house check-in time is set by the owner at 16:00, and the check-out time is at 10:00.

* A deposit of 300 £ is collected upon check-in for damages, losses, breakages, etc.
* The deposit is refunded upon check-out if there are no issues with house.
* Pool and garden maintenance is carried out once a day by staff members.
