VILLA RENTAL MEMBERSHIP AND USE AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES AND PURPOSE
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between Dream of Holiday ("Company") and the user ("Member") registering on the dreamofholiday.com website ("Website") to determine the terms of use for villa rental, holiday home reservation services, and membership privileges.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Dream of Holiday facilitates the promotion, online reservation, and rental management of private pool villas, luxury holiday homes, and accommodation facilities. Members can submit reservation requests, track booking histories, and access exclusive offers.

3. MEMBERSHIP & ACCOUNT SECURITY
• 3.1. The Member guarantees that all information provided during registration (email address, full name, phone number) is accurate and up to date.
• 3.2. The Member is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. All activities conducted through the account shall be deemed executed by the Member.

4. RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES
• 4.1. The Member agrees to comply with the villa rental terms, deposit requirements, and property rules published on the Website.
• 4.2. Cancellation and refund procedures are subject to Dream of Holiday's Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer protection legislation.

5. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
The Company processes and protects Member personal data in compliance with relevant data privacy laws for processing reservations, providing customer support, and fulfilling statutory requirements.

6. E-ACCEPTANCE & EFFECTIVENESS
By checking the agreement box on the registration form, the Member confirms having read, understood, and electronically consented to all provisions of this Agreement.
