• A deposit of 5,000 TRY is taken upon arrival for potential damages; refunded if no issues occur.

• Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.

• Electricity, water, and gas costs are included in the price; no extra fees apply.

• Guests are welcomed by a representative with written and verbal key handover instructions.

• Information on daily local activities and tours is provided.

• For stays longer than 10 days, linen and towels are changed.
