* Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, rental car, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices.

* A deposit of 5,000 Turkish Liras (£ 250) is required at the entrance for damage, loss, broken, spilled etc.

* If there is no problem, the deposit is refunded at the exit of the Villa Arte.
