✦ An additional cleaning fee may apply for reservations shorter than 7 nights.
✦ Before every arrival, the villa is professionally cleaned and carefully prepared. For extended stays, complimentary housekeeping is provided once every week.
✦ A refundable security deposit is collected upon arrival to cover any possible damage or missing items during your stay.
✦ The full security deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided the villa is returned in the same condition as received.
✦ The swimming pool and garden are maintained regularly by our professional staff to ensure cleanliness and comfort throughout your holiday.
✦ Rental rates are determined directly by the property owner and may vary depending on the season.
✦ Electricity, water, and gas consumption are included in the rental price. No additional utility charges will be requested during your stay.
✦ Upon arrival, our guest relations representative will welcome you, hand over the villa keys, and provide all necessary information about the property and the surrounding area.
