Reservation and Payment Terms

▸ A reservation is not considered confirmed until the advance payment has been received, and Dream of Holiday is under no obligation to approve the booking before payment is completed.

▸ The remaining 65% of the total accommodation cost must be paid on the day of arrival before the villa keys are handed over.

▸ The villa will not be delivered until the full accommodation amount has been paid.

Reservation Cancellation Policy

➜ Cancellations by the Guest

▸ For cancellations made 30 days or more before the arrival date, the advance payment is non-refundable.

▸ For cancellations made 21 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total accommodation cost will be charged.

▸ For cancellations made 10 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the total accommodation cost will be charged.

▸ Dream of Holiday is not responsible for service interruptions resulting from regional infrastructure works, utility providers, or force majeure events.

➜ Air Conditioning and Energy Consumption

▸ Air conditioning, electrical appliances, and lighting must be switched off when not in use.

▸ Any damage or additional costs resulting from excessive or intentional misuse of energy shall be the responsibility of the guest.

➜ Personal Belongings

▸ Guests are solely responsible for the safety of their cash, jewelry, electronic devices, and other personal belongings during their stay.

▸ Dream of Holiday accepts no responsibility for lost, forgotten, or stolen personal items.

➜ Pets

▸ Even in pet-friendly villas, any additional cleaning costs or damages caused by pets are the responsibility of the guest.

▸ Pets are strictly prohibited in villas where pets are not permitted as stated in the property listing.

➜ Natural Environment

▸ The villas may be located within natural surroundings.

▸ The presence of insects, mosquitoes, ants, lizards, and other wildlife is considered a normal part of the natural environment and shall not be regarded as a service deficiency.

➜ Maximum Occupancy

▸ If the maximum number of guests stated in the reservation is exceeded, Dream of Holiday reserves the right to charge additional fees or terminate the reservation.

➜ Key Handover

▸ Villa keys will be handed over only to the reservation holder or an authorized representative.

▸ In the event of a lost key, the cost of replacing the lock and all related expenses shall be borne by the guest.

➜ Electric Vehicle Charging

▸ Charging electric vehicles from the villa's electrical system is permitted only if the property is equipped for this purpose and prior approval has been obtained.

➜ Force Majeure

▸ Forest fires, road closures, power outages, water interruptions, internet infrastructure failures, and measures taken by public authorities shall be considered force majeure events.

➜ Communication

▸ The guest agrees that all notifications sent to the telephone number and email address provided during the reservation process shall be deemed officially delivered.

➜ Unexpected Technical Issues

▸ Any technical issues that may occur during the stay, including problems related to air conditioning, internet, hot water, electrical appliances, the pool system, or similar facilities, will be addressed as soon as possible after being reported to Dream of Holiday.

▸ If a technical issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, Dream of Holiday will make every reasonable effort to provide an appropriate solution based on the circumstances.

▸ Dream of Holiday shall not be liable for compensation arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

➜ This agreement has been read, understood, and accepted in full by both parties and has been approved either electronically or in writing. Both parties acknowledge, declare, and undertake that all provisions of this agreement are legally binding upon them.
