▸ Housekeeping Service: The villa is delivered to guests in a clean condition, and a general cleaning service is provided once per week.

▸ Extra Services: Additional linen and towel requests, extra cleaning services, car rental, health and travel insurance are not included in the rental price.

▸ Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is collected upon arrival to cover any potential damage, loss or breakage. If no issues are detected, the deposit is fully refunded on the day of departure.
