Note 2: Villa Le Meridien, Villa BV 9291 and Villa Presidential are located very close to each other, so large families or groups of friends can rent multiple villas and stay together.

Villa check-in time is 16:00, and check-out time is 10:00 as determined by the villa owner.
For stays shorter than 1 week, a cleaning fee ranging from 2,000 TL (£70) to 5,000 TL (£175) may be applied.
Electricity, water, and gas charges are not included in the prices and will be charged additionally.
Pool and garden maintenance are carried out once a day by staff.
The villa is delivered clean and is cleaned once a week.
Extra bed linen and towels, additional cleaning, rental cars, and health insurance are not included in the prices.
A deposit of 25,000 TL (£875) is required upon arrival for any damage, loss, breakage, etc.
The deposit will be refunded at check-out if no issues are found.
