Note 1: There is a possibility of butterflies, insects, ants, flies etc. in all villas and cottages located in nature. Against this, spraying is done regularly. This note is not related to this villa, but is valid for all our holiday homes located in nature.
Note 2: Kalkan, in terms of its geographical structure, is a settlement built on a slope. To reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, you have to go uphill.
Note 3: In addition, since Villa Rusoglu 1 and Villa Rusoglu 2 on our site, are located very close to each other, crowded family and friend groups will have the chance to rent more than one villa.
Note 4: The road to our villa is the last 350 m. It is a stabilized and steep slope throughout.
