* Electricity, water, and gas fees are included in the price; no additional charges apply.

* Check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00, as determined by the owner.

* For stays shorter than one week, a cleaning fee ranging from 1,000 TRY to 5,000 TRY may be charged.

* The villa is delivered clean and is cleaned once a week during your stay.

* A refundable deposit of 15,000 TRY is required upon arrival to cover potential damages, loss, or breakage.

* The deposit will be refunded at check-out if no issues are found.
