• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out once daily by professional staff.
• The villa is delivered clean to guests and includes once-weekly complimentary cleaning.
• Extra services such as additional cleaning, fresh bed linen and towels, car rental, health or travel insurance are not included in the price.
• A security deposit is collected upon arrival to cover any damage, loss or breakage.
• If no issues are detected, the deposit is fully refunded at check-out.
