✦ The villa is delivered fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Complimentary mid-stay housekeeping is provided once a week.
✦ Additional bed linen, towel replacement, extra housekeeping, car rental, and travel insurance services are not included in the rental price.
✦ A refundable security deposit is collected at check-in to cover any potential damages. It will be returned in full after check-out if no damage is found.
