Villa Zen, Rental Conditions

* Pool and garden maintenance is carried out regularly by the staff once a day.

* Electricity, water and gas fees are not included in the prices. A fee is also required.

* Villa Zen is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week.

* Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, rental car, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices.

* A deposit of 5,000 Turkish Liras (£ 200) is required at the entrance for damage, loss, broken, spilled etc.
